AG-ed denim is handcrafted to replicate a true vintage jean offered in a naturally aged appearance by 1 thru 30 years (select years offered seasonally). This new wash process uses revolutionary technology and is the first in the market developed in the US, to achieve an authentic look of natural variations of wear and tear made especially to wear more over time. No two pairs of jeans are alike in this collection! Many decades ago, jeans were made from selvage denim which was produced on old fashioned shuttle looms. When the jean hem is cuffed you can see the selvage, which is the end of the denim fabric on the jean outseam. The selvage that we are using is exclusive to AG Adriano Goldschmied. Made from USA cotton yarns with a touch of supima to add soft, luxurious touch and feel to the surface, then sent to Japan to be yarn dyed and woven into selvage denim.
