We have partnered with FedEx Cross Border to ship internationally. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to a secure page where you will find the international shipping costs, duties and taxes associated with your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the purchase in full. We will ship the goods to FedEx Cross Border distribution facility in Carson, CA where your order will be processed and shipped to it's international destination.
Modifying your order
Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed. A modification in the address, or items ordered, may cause a change in the shipping cost or duties and taxes charged. The order would have to be cancelled and replaced with the correct details.
Tracking your shipment
After your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update, tracking will update once your package has arrived at the FedEx Cross Border distribution facility in Carson,CA. You can track the progress of your international package(s)here.
