Extended Returns Policy for the Holidays
Enjoy extended returns on all purchases made in November and December. Items must be received by January 31, 2017. Unless defective, merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and unused.
All sale items, including semi-annual sale items, are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For your convenience, we've included a pre-paid return label with every package. If you decide to use the pre-paid label, a $7.00 fee will be applied at the time of processing the return. It is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in. If you lose the original return label, please contact customer service.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after the returnable period will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Items purchased online cannot be returned for refund or exchanges to any of the AG Adriano Goldschmied retail stores.
If you are returning a gift you received from a purchased made from this website, please work with one of our customer service agents using our Contact Form here. Please note we reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the returns process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. Returns Policy Customised Products All sales are final for customised products and you may not return customised goods. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customised products.
