Returning items by mail
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for a refund. Merchandise received after the returnable period will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
Print a prepaid FedEx return labelTo begin your return and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our interactive returns process. If you decide to use the prepaid label, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
Prepare your packageIt is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in and include the completed invoice.
Ship itSecure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. All sale items, including semi-annual sale items, are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Items purchased online cannot be returned for refund or exchange to any of the AG retail stores.
Holiday Extended Returns
Purchases of non-sale merchandise made from 11/28/2017 through 12/21/2017 on agjeans.com may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment through 1/15/2018. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by the packing list or return slip. All Promotion Discount sales are final sale and are not eligible for return. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.
What happens next?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the returns process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Returns policy on customized products
