The early days of summer welcome colorways like Euphoric Coral on our signature Chore Jacket now in silk modal, an ode to fatigue-inspired silhouettes and eco-conscious, sustainable design. Trying to find a home in the desert’s longwinded days, we apply geometric patterns to styles and fabrics like The Dart Jacket and a luxurious cupro fabrication. Each print is digitally printed and exclusively AG, while the embroidery is hand stitched and woven both tightly and loosely for a granular, textured look. For our men’s assortment, we carry over that comfort and ease from Spring by adding a drawstring to our classic slim pant, The Marshall, and see it throughout the rest of the collection in The Wells, a slouchy take on a men’s trouser. As the dog days of summer approach, we slip into the part of the collection that’s reminiscent of Laguna Blues and muted hues. We cleanse the palate with sophisticated prints on a new compact jersey fabrication, faded colorways in The Lance Jacket, and a rinsed chambray fabrication to prepare ourselves for the Fall that lies ahead. The Tellis and The Wells allow us to willfully fade into fall with unique distressing and a tack hem dye shaped by hand, making this jean more distinctive than its predecessors. Summer 2021 marks the journey to the end for this expansive collection—but it’s never truly the end. We close the book on our voyage West and find ourselves ready for Fall and whatever it may bring.
