RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS BY MAIL
Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your receipt of your order.
In certain instances, including when merchandise is returned due to a rare defect, we may, at our discretion, accept merchandise returned after the 30-day return period. Such returns will only be accepted for store credit. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from when your items have been received at our facility.

Print a prepaid FedEx return label
To begin your return or exchange process and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our interactive returns portal. If you decide to use the prepaid label, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. If we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we will not deduct the $10.00 fee and any shipping charges you may have paid for expedited shipping will be refunded to you.
*Please note, you will not be charged the $10.00 Fedex return fee if: (i) you choose to exchange your product or receive a Gift Card instead of a refund; or (ii) you return the product by selecting the “Ship on My Own” option.

Prepare your package
It is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in and include the packing slip..
Secure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest stand-alone FedEx location or an approved third-party Fedex drop-off location.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
To exchange an item for a different size, please follow our return process as outlined above and select “Exchange.” Choose the item that you wish to exchange for and complete the order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. To exchange your product or order, click here.
What happens next?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the return process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website and items purchased online cannot be returned for refund or exchange to any of the AG retail stores. We are actively working to seamlessly integrate our online and retail store experiences and will update our policy once this capability is thoroughly tested.
Returning items purchased as a gift
If you are returning a gift you received from a purchase made from this website, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please note we reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
Returns policy on Promotional Sale products and Final Sale items
Our regular Return Policy applies to all promotional products purchased at 10% to 29% off regular retail price
Only exchange or store credit available for promotional products purchased at 30% to 69% off regular retail price, to be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of your order. No returns/refunds will be provided on promotional products purchased in this tier
Promotional products purchased at 70% (or more) off regular retail price – Final Sale
All promotional sale items marked as “Final Sale” are FINAL, no exchanges or returns.
Returns policy on customized products
All sales for customized products are final and not returnable. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.
