GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Domestic U.S. orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise marked as FINAL SALE*. All original product tags must be attached and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper.
To begin your domestic (US) return or exchange visit our RETURN PORTAL. Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing once your items have been delivered at our facility.

Merchandise discounted 40% or more from the original retail price are Final Sale. All promotional sale items identified as “Final Sale” are FINAL, no exchanges or returns. Final Sale Promo prices are subject to change at any time during the Redemption Period.

International orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be returned for refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of your receipt of your order unless they are labeled FINAL SALE*. DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY (Shipped with the Continental U.S.)
To begin your return or exchange process and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our RETURN PORTAL.

Print a prepaid FedEx return label
If you decide to use the prepaid label, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. If we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we will not deduct the $10.00 fee and any shipping charges you may have paid for expedited shipping will be refunded to you.
*Please note, you will not be charged the $10.00 Fedex return fee if: (i) you choose to exchange your product or receive a Gift Card instead of a refund; or (ii) you return the product using your own return label. We ask that you email us the tracking number for the label created and the return fee will be waived.

Prepare your package
It is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in and include the packing slip.

Ship it
Secure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest stand-alone FedEx location or an approved third-party Fedex drop-off location.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
EXCHANGES
If you decide to process a return for an exchange, we welcome you to select one of the exchange options that are available for you to choose from.
Traditional Exchange: return your item in exchange for the same style and color but a different size. The purchase price will remain the same and no additional costs will be added to your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you.
Advanced Exchanges: Return your item in exchange for the same style but a different color and/or size. Prices may vary between colors so any price difference will need to be paid before the return is finalized.
Instant Exchanges: We understand that there will be times when you will need an exchange shipped before your return is delivered to us. Instant Exchanges are available when processing an exchange request, we ask that you enter a credit card for us to hold the amount of the order for up to 14 days. If the return is not received back within 14 days, we will charge the full amount of the order that was shipped to you in advance. Once your return is received and approved, we will release the amount that was placed on hold or refund any amount that was charged.
SHOP NOW / SHOP LATER
With Shop Now, you can exchange your returned item for a new one immediately, browsing our catalog and applying your return credit toward a new purchase. If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, the remaining amount is credited back to the original form of payment.
With Shop Later, you can change your mind after requesting a return and convert your return into credit or an exchange later. In both cases, your original items must be returned to complete the process, unless you select our Immediate Exchange option.
What happens next?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the return process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Online Purchases
You can return online orders in-store within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Some items, like final sale or personalized products, can't be returned in-store.
We currently offer tailoring services only for orders purchased directly in-store. Our tailoring services are not available for online orders.
In certain limited cases—such as returns due to a rare defect—we may, at our sole discretion, authorize a return beyond the 30-day window. These returns, if approved, will be eligible for store credit only.
Returning items purchased as a gift
If you are returning a gift you received from a purchase made from this website, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please note we reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
Returns policy on customized products
All sales for customized products are final and not returnable. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.
