Complimentary 2-day shipping is offered for all online purchases shipping to the U.S. FedEx Express 2nd Day delivery time begins once your order has been processed and handed to FedEx. Shipping time does not include order processing time. Orders may not ship the same day they are placed, and delivery dates may vary based on order processing time, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances beyond AG Jeans' control.

Shipping surcharges on over-sized or bulk purchases may apply. Complimentary and expedited shipping only applies to the conterminous United States (48 States plus District of Columbia). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands).

Note that when using PayPal as a payment method, only the then-current default shipping method is available.

Products qualifying for Complimentary Shipping will be identified with "FedEx Express 2nd Day." If you select a shipping method other than FedEx Express 2nd Day, shipping charges may apply.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:30 PM PST are generally processed for same-day shipment. However, same-day shipment is not guaranteed, and orders may require additional processing time before being handed to FedEx. Orders placed after 2:30 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed for shipment on the next business day, regardless of the shipping method selected.

FedEx Express 2nd Day shipping refers to the carrier transit time after your order has been processed and handed to FedEx. It does not mean your order will be delivered two business days after the order is placed.

During promotional periods, processing times may be extended and can take up to 3 business days.

AG Jeans does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the following company-observed holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by visiting our Order Status page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information.

How can I update my shipping address?

Prior to placing your order, you can update your shipping address at any time from your My Account page.  If you need to change your shipping address after you placed an order, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address depending on whether the order has shipped.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

It's important to note that "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 2:30PM PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No.  The package will contain a packing list but will not show the price you paid for the gift.

Items discounted 40% or more from the original retail price are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustments.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Domestic U.S. orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless marked as FINAL SALE.*

All original product tags must be attached and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

To begin your domestic (US) return or exchange visit our RETURN PORTAL. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing once your items have been delivered at our facility.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a $12 return shipping fee unless FREE RETURNS + IN TRANSIT PACKAGE PROTECTION was purchased with the original order. The $12 return shipping fee will be waived if: (i) you choose to receive a Gift Card instead of a refund; or (ii) you use a return label purchased through a carrier of your choice rather than our prepaid FedEx label.

EXCHANGES

If you decide to process a return for an exchange, we welcome you to select one of the exchange options that are available for you to choose from. 

Traditional Exchange: Return your item in exchange for a different size of the same style and color, provided that new size is available. The purchase price will remain the same and no additional costs will be added to your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you.

Advanced Exchanges: Return your item in exchange for a different color and/or size of the same style. Prices may vary between colors so any price difference will need to be paid before the return is finalized.

Instant Exchanges: We understand that there will be times when you will need an exchange shipped before your return is delivered to us. Instant exchanges are available when processing an exchange request, we ask that you enter a credit card for us to hold the amount of the order for up to 14 days. If the return is not received back within 14 days, we will charge the full amount of the order that was shipped to you in advance. Once your return is received and approved, we will release the amount that was placed on hold or refund any amount that was charged.  

Please note, exchange orders are not eligible for additional exchanges. If you would like to try a different size, color, or style after receiving an exchanged item, please return the exchanged item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the preferred item.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon delivery to our facility. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.

Please note that if the return process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

FREE RETURNS + IN TRANSIT PACKAGE PROTECTION

You can add Free Returns + In Transit Package Protection to your order at checkout, for a flat fee of $7. This optional service covers return shipping, handling, and restocking fees, allowing you to return or exchange eligible items at no additional cost. It also protects your shipment if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, making you eligible for a replacement or refund once reported and reviewed via cs@agjeans.com. Coverage applies only while a package is in transit. Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, packages that are later reported as lost or stolen are not covered under this service.

If you choose to opt out of this service, you may still return eligible items under our standard return policy. Under our standard return policy, a $12 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is reviewed and approved. Orders without coverage may not be eligible for protection under this service if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

The $7 fee is non-refundable and must be added at the time of purchase. Some items, including Final Sale, are not eligible.
