Well-Suited for The Season

Few fabrics define summer quite like linen. As the sun sets, transition into silhouettes that feel considered, yet completely at home in the heat. Our in-house stylist, Ashley Catuzzi, opens up about her favorite transitional piece. "A sharp staple reimagined for the season, the Linen Leo Blazer offers a sophisticated way to layer over denim for a look that is laid-back yet dressy enough for a dinner reservation,” Ashley shares. The Leo fuses fine tailoring with a summer mood, making it a unique addition to your warm-weather wardrobe.

Where Denim Meets Linen

Catuzzi keeps things interesting with thoughtful style choices, advising to “Lean into the ’high-low’ texture contrast by pairing a crisp, light colored linen shirt, like the Bryce Polo, with the classic Felix Selvage Jean in a medium wash." She concludes, "To finish the outfit, skip the socks and wear a pair of loafers or white canvas sneaker and a braided leather belt." This combination balances the breezy, effortless vibe of summer with a classic masculine silhouette that works for everything from a late afternoon wine tasting to dinner with a sunset view.

The Art of Layering

Ashley observes that “There’s a clear shift in menswear toward easy, effortless pieces." She continues, "As more men are gravitating towards plain, high-quality garments, we have seen summer layering make its way into the season as one of the freshest trends." Ashley suggests, "To elevate your look, start with a solid button down like the Dean Oxford in chambray, denim’s lighter counterpart." With a traditional denim aesthetic and lightweight feel, chambray has become a popular choice for elevated summer styling.

Catuzzi continues, "Pull off this season’s biggest trend with our half zip, the Ethan, to add dimension without bulk." The finely-knit Ethan features a comfortable construction ideal for layering.

Pairing the right bottoms pulls the look together. Our stylist concludes, "Complete the look with roomy denim shorts; the straight- leg Protégé Short balances the visual weight for a clean, considered silhouette.”
