GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Domestic U.S. orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless marked as FINAL SALE.*
All original product tags must be attached and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
To begin your domestic (US) return or exchange visit our RETURN PORTAL. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing once your items have been delivered at our facility.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $12 shipping fee unless FREE RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTECTION was purchased on the original order. Please note, you will not be charged the $12.00 FedEx return fee if: (i) you choose to receive a Gift Card instead of a refund; or (ii) you purchase a return label using any carrier of your choice.

Merchandise discounted 40% or more from the original retail price are Final Sale. All promotional sale items identified as “Final Sale” are FINAL and not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustments. Final Sale Promo prices are subject to change at any time during the Redemption Period.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
International orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be returned for refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of your receipt of your order unless they are labeled FINAL SALE.* All original tags must be attached. Return rates and fees for international orders will vary. No exchanges are available for international orders.

EXCHANGES
If you decide to process a return for an exchange, we welcome you to select one of the exchange options that are available for you to choose from.
Traditional Exchange: Return your item in exchange for a different size of the same style and color, provided that new size is available. The purchase price will remain the same and no additional costs will be added to your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you.
Advanced Exchanges: Return your item in exchange for a different color and/or size of the same style. Prices may vary between colors so any price difference will need to be paid before the return is finalized.
Instant Exchanges: We understand that there will be times when you will need an exchange shipped before your return is delivered to us. Instant exchanges are available when processing an exchange request, we ask that you enter a credit card for us to hold the amount of the order for up to 14 days. If the return is not received back within 14 days, we will charge the full amount of the order that was shipped to you in advance. Once your return is received and approved, we will release the amount that was placed on hold or refund any amount that was charged.
What happens next?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon delivery to our facility. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.
Please note that if the return process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Any items received outside of our return policy will be denied and returned to sender.
FREE RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTECTION
You can add Free Returns + Package Protection to your order at checkout, for a flat fee of $7. This optional service covers return shipping, handling, and restocking fees, allowing you to return or exchange eligible items at no additional cost. It also protects your shipment if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, making you eligible for a full refund once reported and reviewed via cs@agjeans.com.
If you choose not to add this service, a $12 return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns, and orders may not be covered for loss, theft, or damage during delivery. The $7 fee is non-refundable and must be added at the time of purchase. Some items, including Final Sale, may not be eligible.
